New student registration

If you need to enroll a NEW student into Wells ISD, you will need to come to the front office & fill out a paper packet. Skyward is still having issues with NEW STUDENT enrollment. If your child has attended Wells ISD last year, you should not have any problem enrolling online. If you have any questions, please call Ms. Candus in the front office. Thanks.
